Pixie Lott has turned her nose up at Ashley Cole’s new single status, hinted she may just be bigger than Lady Gaga and turned down celibacy.

The pop princess, who shot to fame last year, is not shying away from her new fame status and is already announcing her larger-than-life plans.

Speaking exclusively to metro.co.uk, Pixie completely snubbed fellow pop diva Cheryl Cole’s former husband Ashley Cole by saying – with a disgusted voice: ‘Ashley Cole is single? No, I am definitely not interested in him in the slightest.’

The Brit beauty is currently trying to crack America with her debut album Turn It Up and like many other stars, she loves life Stateside.

This is a dream many big acts have tried and failed – from Robbie Williams to Girls Aloud. However, Pixie isn’t letting anything stand in her way as she hinted she has a plan to take on Lady Gaga and join her at the top.

At the start of the year she made a trip across the Atlantic to write a new song with Joe Jonas of the Jonas brothers.

Pixie denied the rumoured sparks between the pair but admitted: ‘We have been texting a lot but it’s just as friends really. I’m really happy with our song.’

Yes Pixie, everyone in showbiz is ‘just friends’.

However, when she was asked about Jonas’ chastity rings and if she’ll be following the celibacy craze like them, all she could do was giggle as her publicist stepped in to move the interview on.

The ambitious 19-year-old even has plans to make it massive in Hollywood. Her first film, Fred, is coming out later this year but she admitted to us that she couldn’t be keener in swapping the music for acting and running to the hills: ‘Since I made that one film, I just want to do more and more and more!’

Pixie is going to be touring with Rihanna in May – a gig she says will be better than when she supported The Saturdays last year at the start of her fame: ‘When I toured with The Saturdays I wasn’t allowed my own band but I am with Rihanna so it’s going to be great.’

The young talent also wanted to make sure all of her fans knew about Glaceau Vitaminwater which the starlet swears is the secret to staying thin – and hydrated – whilst on the road.
