Here’s the official music video for Pixie’s new single, Gravity. I really love the simplicity and classiness of the video and Pixie looks stunning in this. Leave your thoughts in the shoutbox! A job well done, I say! I’ve also added 625 HQ captures into the gallery for you all to take a look at. Enjoy.

During her recent visit to the States, Pixie performed an acoustic session at The Hive, where she sang a couple of tracks. You can watch Pixie’s performance of Nothing Compares below and head over here to hear performances of Cry Me Out and Isn’t She Lovely? Thanks a lot to Bryce from High Valley Entertainment who sent in this content for IHeartPixie.org. Enjoy.

There are so many beautiful Pixie photoshoots around, but only handful of them were up in the gallery, so today I’ve added some new additions for you all to check out. Special thanks to Guilherme for the help with some of these. Enjoy and more to come, so please keep checking back here!

My friend Gordo also pointed me in the direction of a fanmade video that he made with a friend alongside to Cry Me Out. A very good alternative to Pixie’s official video, I have to say. If any of you have made any Pixie-related videos, then by all means send them in. Check out Gordo’s efforts below.

Since making her debut with Mama Do in June, Pixie Lott’s career has gone from strength-to-strength – now the 18-year-old has been reflecting on a “crazy year”.

The singer-songwriter has had two number one singles and a gold selling album, Turn It Up.

She said: “My highlight? I guess my album launch, it was amazing and I got to do my first headline show.”

As well as chart success the teenager won two MTV Europe Music Awards.

Pixie is looking forward to getting back in the studio next year, she said: “It’s going to be a busy year again, writing some more stuff.”

The star has also revealed 2010 might be the year she leaves home. She currently lives with her parents in Essex.

Pixie Lott joined JLS and other celebs to feature in a short film focussed on world hunger.

Stars including The Saturdays, N-Dubz and Skins actress Kaya Scodelario teamed up with Pixie and JLS to endorse a campaign urging school children to donate an extra 10p with their school dinners for charity.

Cash raised will go towards the Really Good School Dinner campaign – a joint project masterminded by the School Food Trust and the U.N’s World Food Programme.

The campaign, which goes live from January 25 to 29, aims to help tackle world hunger by inviting children across the country to buy one school dinner and give one free.

For every school lunch bought during the campaign week, children will be asked to donate just 10 pence extra.

Every 10p donated goes to the WFP’s School Meals Programme and is enough to pay for a whole meal for a child in a developing country who would otherwise go hungry. (more…)

In celebration of the launch of MySpace Music in the UK – a new service which lets users stream content free of charge – Pixie has recorded herself singing some of her 3 favourite songs of all time to friends in the park. I’ve added 2 sets of screencaptures of Pixie performing ‘Mama Do’ and ‘Cry Me Out’ on The Friday Show last night. Wonderful performances, as ever, by Pixie.

Pixie gave a sensational performance of her recent hit, ‘Boys And Girls’, on Children In Need last night. I love the dance breakdown in the middle and the full routine performed – well done Pixie! Here’s the performance for any of you that missed it.

Pixie performed on BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge today and performed sensationally. She gave an acoustic performance of ‘Cry Me Out’ and also performed a cover of David Guetta ft. Kelly Rowland’s ‘When Love Takes Over’. If you missed Pixie’s session, you can hear the full thing here. Anyhow, I’ve added 5 MQ pictures of Pixie at the Live Lounge, plus 24 HQ/MQ pictures of Pixie leaving the Maida Vale studios afterwards.

In the past few months, Pixie Lott has toured with The Saturdays and The Script, made her festival debut, appeared on some of the UK’s biggest TV shows including her own T4 special, chartered her own private jet to take media and competition winners to a special European album launch in Berlin, had the most played song at UK radio for over a month and visited most of Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia on promotional tours.

A fair set of accomplishments for an 18-year-old.

Pixie is also making waves in the fashion world – she was invited by Karl Lagerfeld to be his special guest at his Fendi Party at Paris Fashion Week and has some exciting collaborations coming up. We caught up with her at Universal headquarters to chat music, fashion & fame.

Bullying on the internet is a very real and brutal thing, and it is important to raise awareness of it. Now Radio 1, the station of choice for many teenagers, is teaming up with Facebook, MySpace, YouTube and other social networking sites to put online bullying under the spotlight and help young people make themselves “bullyproof”. “Radio 1 and 1Xtra continually strive to raise awareness of issues that affect young people and we felt the issue of online bullying needed to be tackled.” says Ben Cooper, deputy controller of Radio 1 and 1Xtra.

Bullying has always been a problem, but it has been taken to a new level on social networks. Research among 11- to 19-year-olds revealed that one in five young people had experienced bullying or threats via email, internet chatrooms or text message.

The BBC has created a website that gives advice on handling bullying as well as providing links to social networking sites with tips on how to safeguard profiles, manage security settings, block bullying users and how to react to bullies. (more…)
